- 1 cup (8 oz.) Vanilla Almond Breeze Almondmilk
- 1 red apple cored and cut into chunks
- 1 cup lactose-free vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp. caramel-flavored ice cream topping
- Blend Vanilla Almond Breeze Almondmilk with apple and ice cream until smooth.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of caramel on inside of each glass
- Pour in smoothie
- Drizzle additional caramel topping on top, if desired
