  • 3/4 cup Hint of Honey Vanilla Almond Breeze Almondmilk
  • 3/4 cup vanilla frozen Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped Blue Diamond Honey Roasted Vanilla or Honey Roasted Cinnamon Almonds
  • 4 large Medjool pitted dates
  • 1 pinch allspice
